Response & Business Operations

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CHW Consulting is implementing the following measures to maintain safe business operations:

From Thursday the 19th of March all CHW Consulting staff will commence working from home

As case numbers have risen, we have built the procedures necessary to facilitate our entire team transitioning to working from home. All staff are equipped with the tools to work from home and we do not anticipate a reduction in output.

From Thursday the 19th of March all CHW Consulting office phones will be redirected

Our main switchboard will be directed to CHW’s office manager and all direct lines will be forwarded to the team member’s respective mobile phone.

From Tuesday the 17th of March our team will not attend face to face meetings. 

Where required, our team will attend meetings via videoconferencing or teleconferencing. All CHW Consulting staff have the tools to attend meetings via these mediums.

From Tuesday the 17th of March our team will set up videoconferences or teleconferences with Clients. 

Our team will attend Client arranged VC and TC meetings where possible.  For Clients that need a meeting arranged by us, your CHW contact will accommodate this through our Zoom videoconference facility.

From Monday the 23rd of March site inspections will be arrange subject to the conditions below.

CHW staff will only conduct a site inspection if suitable PPE is provided and the site complies with government regulations regarding limits to group size.  In addition, the areas we are asked to inspect are to be clear of the general public during the time of our inspection.

Business will be conducted within our standard working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

CHW Consulting expects all project work to continue as expected. Proactively moving our team to a working from home arrangement is aimed at reducing our risk of exposure to COVID-19. We do not want to be in a situation where our team must self-quarantine and they have not been provided the tools to work from home.

Summary

  1. All CHW Consulting staff will start working from home from Thursday the 19th of March
  2. All office phones will be appropriately redirected
  3. Our team will no longer attend face to face meetings
  4. Call or email your CHW contact if you would like a videoconference or teleconference meeting set up through our Zoom facility
  5. Our team will conduct site inspections under safe conditions that comply with government limits on group size
  6. Business operations will continue as expected between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
