NEW LEADERSHIP CHANGES
CHW Consulting’s Tim Hales has stepped down from his role as Director. After nearly 15 years, Tim will be taking a well-earned break to spend more time with his family. Co-founder Peter Clynes will continue as Managing Director while Tim will stay for a short while to help with the transition.
Under Peter and Tim’s leadership, CHW has grown to become one of the largest AV & ICT consultancies in Australia. To date, CHW has delivered over 1000 projects across Australia and internationally. Tim has helped guide the company’s expansion and has played a key role on many high-profile projects including Perth District Court, Fiona Stanley Hospital and the Melbourne Convention Centre. A leading expert in courtroom technology, Tim’s expertise has been sought from courts in Australia, the UAE and Bahrain. As an active member of the AV industry, Tim has been invited to share his knowledge and expertise at many forums in Australia and internationally.
Reflecting on their joint leadership, Peter said “Tim and I have had a fantastic working relationship since CHW Consulting was founded back in 2003. Over the past 14 years we have built this great company to become recognised as industry leading consultants in various fields. We all wish Tim the very best for his well-earned retirement. I am excited to lead our young and vibrant team into the future. The CHW team will continue to build on the foundation Tim and I established, by providing expertise, innovation and quality service to all our clients moving forward”.
Operations Manager Manoje Indraharan, will be assisting Peter in taking over many of Tim’s duties. Manoje is one of CHW’s first employees, and will transition from his current role to focus his efforts on growing the business further and fostering a positive culture that has resulted in so much success in the past. Manoje remarks “Tim has been a great mentor over the years and an integral part of my professional development. Although it’s sad to see him leave, I’m also very excited about the future and to work with Peter to continue to build on what they have already established”.
Commenting on his decision to retire, Tim said “CHW is in great shape with an extremely bright future. I am sure CHW will continue to prosper under Peter’s direction. I am extremely proud to have been part of that success and I thank you all for your support over the journey. I wish Peter, Manoje and the rest of the team all the best for an exciting future”.
