Plenary Group is a leading international infrastructure business with offices across Australia and Canada. CHW Consulting was engaged to perform a high level ICT review of all systems and infrastructure across Plenary’s Australian offices and issue findings and recommendations.

Subsequent to the review, CHW Consulting designed and coordinated the ICT and AV solutions for Plenary Melbourne’s office relocation to the new premises at Rialto Tower. CHW Consulting’s ICT and AV consultancy included relocation planning and project coordination of the new WAN/LAN infrastructure and AV design for the new office.

The new Melbourne office is an open plan office comprising of meeting rooms, an executive office, an executive boardroom, a breakout area and a comms room. Through close consultation with Plenary, CHW Consulting designed AV systems that were intuitive and easy to use for employees. To facilitate efficient meetings with clients and collaboration with their offsite locations, the boardroom and meeting rooms feature web conferencing facilities, large touch screen displays and a wireless presentation system. Working with the architects Woods Bagot, CHW Consulting ensured the selected AV systems integrated with the office’s sleek design by ensuring all presentation cables and equipment was detachable to allow for discreet storage in table boxes. The result is a modern and connected office space for Plenary’s Melbourne office.
